The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, schedule, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of insurance. Get it in writing: ask for a written estimate.
