How Providers Are Matched

You send a request or you call. You tell us what is going on. We look at the job type, your town, and what you need. Then we point you to a provider in our network who works in your area.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to do a few simple things:

You should still check each provider yourself. Ask about licenses and insurance that apply where you live. It is also fine to ask how long a provider has served your area, what brands they work with, and who will be at your door.

We also do not decide for you. Insurance is a good example. Some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid
